Trend has launched a new hand mitre shear that uses interchangeable Stanley® blades.

These blades allow the user to keep a sharp cutting edge as they are easy to replace when blunt. The blade is durable enough to cut synthetic materials, inlay, PVC, latex and wood and is ideal for making mitre cuts in mouldings, beads and weatherseals.

This new shear (HM/SHEAR/A) can make pefect joints and has a maximum length of cut of 50mm at 45 degrees, guided by the 45 degree angled wings. At 90 degrees the maximum thickness is 7.5mm.

The HM/SHEAR/A is priced at £44.13 excluding VAT and is available from Trend Routing Centres and stockists.
