Introducing NEW Trade Series Grinders

Two new Trade Series grinders are now available from Axminster Tools & Machinery.

AT8SRG2 Slow Running Grinde

Fitted with a 60g grey and a 120g white aluminium oxide wheel, both being 32mm wide, this trade rated grinder is well suited to the needs of the woodworker or woodturner. The speed is reduced to 1,425rpm thus reducing the peripheral speed and the potential to overheat the tool. The grinder is fitted with a 900W 230V fully enclosed motor. It also has an LED work light for enhanced visibility and a no-volt-release switch. Price: £129.95 inc vat

AT8G2 Heavy Duty Grinder

This trade rated workshop grinder has plenty of power, a good design, 200mm diameter wheels and solid construction. The base is 200 x 320mm with four fixing points. The 900W induction motor runs exceptionally smoothly and provides adequate power for all types of grinding. The guards are very solid and have 40mm diameter outlets at the rear for connection to an extraction system. The tool rests and eye shields are robustly made, the eye shields being fully adjustable to any position. The grinder is supplied with aluminium oxide 36g coarse stone, 60g medium stone. Price £119.95 inc vat.
