As seen on The Woodhinge Box, Rob Cosman's Wood Hinge Drill Kit includes a wooden dowel which is cut into segments; a shallow hole is then drilled in the centre of each dowel and a small pin inserted into the hole for the dowel segments to pivot on.

• The kit allows you to drill 1/16in and 1/8in size holes in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm dowels.
• Includes 1/16in and 1/8in drill holders; 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm dowel holders; 1/16in and 1/8in drills, and a 1/16in hex wrench.
• 1/16in drill is typically used with 6mm and 8mm dowels.
• 1/8in drill is typically used for 10mm and 12mm dowels.
• Opposing set screws hold the drill bit securely and allow for adjustment of the hole depth.
• Designed to be used with 1/16in and 1/8in welding rod as the hinge axle.
