2. 'Midnight Special' cabinet by @danieljosephlittle – a drinks cabinet designed to inspire touch, exploration and a lifetime of use. Its design was inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese modernism with the hope of achieving a piece that exudes warmth and balance – entered in Australian Wood Review's – @woodreview – 'Maker of the Year'

3. Wall hanging cabinet – hand-cut mitred dovetailed carcass, hand-cut mortise & tenon door construction, with hand-shaped door panels and door pulls, by Sam Carey – @fiddyshadesofgrain

4. 'The Kumo Collection' – by Nic Webb – @nicwebb1 – an ambitious new body of large-scale pendant lighting installed above 'Roji' – staggered sections of oak with a rusted steel base. In Japanese, 'Roji' translates as 'dewy ground'; it represents the path through the garden to the tea house; the journey from the wilds to a place of meditative ceremony

5. 'No.13 Drogon' – how to train your Drogon – by Tus Mahitdhiharn @manotouch.woodart – "Drogon (dog + dragon) – he can't breathe fire or fly high; he's not a cool powerful creature; his best skill is just being innocent" – carved from poplar wood with a walnut base – 343mm high from the base, 254mm long – acrylic paint with a semi gloss coat
