Trend has launched Easyscribe, a handheld pencil marking scribing tool that can be used for scribing architrave, skirting, doors, panels and worktops, as well as setting hinge recess depths.

Easyscribe has an articulated arm that allows the required offset to be set precisely from 1mm to 40mm and a flat base ensures that the object surface remains in contact for a precise scribe.

A knurled foregrip thin sliding steel guide plate allows up to 50mm projection into narrow gaps, whilst the thumbwheel controls the height adjustment of the articulated arm.

Easyscribe can be used as a one handed operation and is supplied with an adjustable length graphite lead which is 0.7mm for precise marking and three spares.

A replaceable adjustable graphite pencil lead ten pack is also available.

The Easyscribe (E/SCRIBE) is priced at £24.99 excluding VAT and the spare graphic pack (E/SB/10) at £3.50 excluding VAT and are available from Trend Routing Centres and stockists.
