It's with a heavy heart that we must sadly announce the closing of The Woodworker magazine after some 120 years. Unfortunately, due to economic pressures, keeping the publication going is no longer viable, so its story must unfortunately end here...

The November 2024 edition will be the last one produced, and we hope you enjoy it and indeed, have been inspired by the countless issues that have come before it.

For those readers with subscriptions, you will receive a letter with your last issue, which will contain full details.

The November issue includes various responses from you, the readers, on hearing this tragic news, as well as a few special features on the magazine and the enormous impact it's had over the last 120 years of uninterrupted production.

Thank you again for all of your support over the years and please do continue to practice woodworking and keep making wonderful things.
