Trend launched the first adjustable Hinge Jig in 1994 which allowed hinges to be routed onto a wooden door and frame in minutes. This Jig became very popular with on-site joiners because it saved time and money when compared to using a hammer and chisel. There is no need for marking out in the conventional way, as the hinge is used as the set-up pattern.

Trend has launched an Adjustable Lock Jig to compliment its range of time saving router recessing jigs for locks. A lock Jig uses a set of interchangeable templates and with a router will cut the mortise and face plate recess for popular door locks.

Trend has launched Easyscribe, a handheld pencil marking scribing tool that can be used for scribing architrave, skirting, doors, panels and worktops, as well as setting hinge recess depths.
